RETURNS
There are any number of reasons why you may decide you may decide to return your purchased item. We are happy to offer exchange or refund on an item you've purchased from us - simply contact us within 90 days of your order date. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Reasons for returning your purchased item including the following:

Change of Mind 
If you have changed your mind about an item you have ordered, we will need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Product 
If the product you have received is faulty, please contact us at customerservice@gentlemanandson.com with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo if possible.

Incorrect Product or Damaged on Arrival 
If you have received a product that is not what you ordered, it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Some health and personal care items 

Allergy Return
In the very rare instance that you have had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and immediately discontinue use of the product. Allergy returns must be less than 25% used upon arrival back to us.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

REFUNDS (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@gentlemanandson.com. 

EXCHANGES (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@gentlemanandson.com and send your item to: Gentleman & Son, PO Box 648, Broadway NSW 2007, Australia. 

SHIPPING 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Gentleman & Son, PO Box 648, Broadway NSW 2007, Australia 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you would like to confirm whether your return is eligible for free return shipping, please contact us directly. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
