Who will delivery my order?

Your order will be sent via Australia Post. Therefore we accept PO Boxes, Australia Post Parcel Collect and Australia Post Parcel Locker addresses.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We will generally ship standard parcel post orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. After that, Standard Parcel Post will generally take 2-4 business days with Western Australia, rural and remote areas sometimes taking up to 10 days. 

We aim to ship Express Post Parcel orders the same day or within 24 hours. Express Parcel Post will take 1-3 business days.

Please note that delivery times should be used as a guide. Some deliveries may at time be delayed in transit or arrive sooner than approximated. Should there be a significant delay we will inform you at the earliest convenience.

Orders containing dangerous goods
If your order contains hazardous or flammable items (e.g. aftershaves, fragrances or aerosols) then it will be sent via an alternative courier service. All orders containing hazardous or flammable items will be transported via road. Subsequently your order may take slightly longer to arrive at allocated delivery address.

Delivery to work address
If you are having your order delivered to a work address, please ensure you include your business name and any delivery instructions.

What happens if an item I ordered was out of stock?
All items displayed on the website are in stock unless clearly indicated otherwise. If an item is displayed as out of stock then by default customers will be prevented from adding that item to their cart.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY


All international deliveries are handled by Australia Post and include tracking. We ship international orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. Orders placed on the weekend or on a public holiday in New South Wales, Australia will be processed the next business day.

NEW ZEALAND – INTERNATIONAL STANDARD PARCEL POST
$15 FLAT RATE DELIVERY – On New Zealand orders over $200.00 (inclusive of applied eligible discount).
$24.00 FLAT RATE DELIVERY – On New Zealand orders under $200.
Should weight of the delivery exceed 1kg, additional charges may apply.

NEW ZEALAND– INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS PARCEL POST
$19 FLAT RATE DELIVERY – On New Zealand orders over $250 (inclusive of applied eligible discount).
$29 FLAT RATE EXPRESS DELIVERY – On New Zealand orders under $250. 
Should weight of the delivery exceed one kilogram, additional charges may apply. 

REST OF WORLD – INTERNATIONAL STANDARD PARCEL POST
For international orders under A$200, delivery can cost up to an additional A$34 depending on your region. All international deliveries include tracking.
For international orders over A$200 (inclusive of applied eligible discount) standard delivery can cost up to A$29.
Final international delivery cost is calculated at checkout.
Should weight of the international delivery exceed one kilogram, additional charges may apply.

IMPORT DUTIES & CUSTOM FEES
International shipping rates above do not include import duty and custom fees in the country of destination. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of and to pay any additional fees the shipment may occur on arrival.

If a customer decides not pay additional import duties and custom fees at port of destination, the shipment will be returned to Gentleman & Son at the discretion of the shipping company. Once we receive the shipment back we will refund the value of the order minus the initial delivery cost.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY EXCLUSIONS
International delivery excludes hazardous and flammable products such as: fragrances, aftershaves, aerosols. If your order contains these items, they will be removed and refunded.
